Beef Stew

This is a family favorite that I have modified so many times I call it my own.


Slow Cooker
2 lbs Beef Roast
3 Potatoes
4 Celery
3 Carrots
1/4 c Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Accent
1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp Beef Bullion
2 Tbsp Onion - Minced
1/4 c All-Purpose Flour
3 c water

Cut meat and veggies to bite-sized pieces. Add spices and flour. Cook on low for 8 hour or high for 4 hours.

Pressure Cooker

Uses the same ingredients as slow cooker, but only takes 1 hour instead of 4-8 hours. My pressure cooker says add seasonings and water to beef and cook at 10 PSI for 15 minutes after controller jiggles. Cool normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet. Add veggies and cook 10 minutes at 10 PSI after control jiggles. Reduce pressure instantly.
